A perfectly good coffee ground can tast great or plain flat due in part to this skill in brewing. Now with Meseta Capsule System, we are able to bring you the best quality coffee that is consistent in every brew, without the need for special skill by the user.Our proprietary extraction technology ensure that perfect coffee is extracted everytime at the touch of a button. The critical 3 steps of initial infusion, high bar pressue and consistent water temperature are the essence behind our technology.The result is that magical richness known as Crema where coffee oil and hot air vapour are combined to create a cream like layer of golden brown conjugate floating above the coffee extract. Best viewed through a clear glass cup. EspressoThe essence of Italian coffee tradition.Perfected with our pro blend. Crema is think brown with a well distributed consistency throughout the liquid. Aroma is a complex of floral, fruity & liquirice. Body is full with a strong lingering taste & coating mouth feel. Flavor is deep and sweet with a slight hint of woodiness.Certified in quality consistency by the Independent Espresso Association of Italy.Best served in small shot cup or layered with warm milk froth to create the cappuccino.

Crema

Crema is the Italian name for the coffee oil foam found in premium quality coffee.Pronouced as "Krem-meh".The Crema is not a milk foam product.Rather, its a delicate mixture of coffee oil and hot air vapour congugate. Formed during the high pressure extraction of good quality coffee in the optimal temperature.Too low the pressure, the coffe oil will not be released.Too low or high the temperature, the oil and air mixture will not hold its form.The Crema is the signature of a perfectly extracted cup of Italian Espresso.

The Attimo is designed for heavy duty usage in hotel and restaurant operation. A 20bar ULKA water pump is used to deliver the heated water stream with maximum extraction power. Coupled with a 1,000W stainless steel boiler to prompt rapid startup speed.The most critical part of a coffee extraction process where the oil and flavor of the ground must be tempered to the right duration. A programmed soaking time of initial hot water delivery ensure the ground is properly saturated before the actual extraction process begin.A 1200ml water tank provides larger water reserve.Metal lever is used in the construction to ensure secure insertion of the capsule.And used capsules are automatically ejected into an internal compartment.A deep overflow tray ensure many rounds of service before the need to do a cleaning.
The Concerto is designed for home and office usage where the duty cycle is lower. A 19bar water pump is used to deliver the hot water.Simple operation is the key to the Concerto. However, there is no comprimise in the quality of coffee delivery. The same pre soaking and extraction process is employed too.A 1000ml water tank is used to provide the water reserve.Metal lever is used to ensure reliable latching of the capsule.Used capsules are automatically ejected into an internal compartment.A drink tray is provide to keep the user space clean.
Preparing a latter or cappocino is never easier with our Cremaccino milk frother.The Cremaccino process a 300ml volume per cycle with a precise temperature control and wipper to create that lasting smooth milk.Non-Stick coating ensure easy cleaning of the pot. While the fully automatic temperature control and wipper speed gets the best dense foam everytime.The cream can be used for coffee, cocoa or any other beverage that calls for a smooth milk texture composition.
